Situated on the campus of Doral Academy Charter School in Doral, Fla., Doral Hall will be a six-story, 142,500-square-foot facility that will accommodate 1,000 student stations. It will complement the existing operations and educational offerings at Doral Academy, including a dual-enrollment collegiate program.

The project includes typical classrooms, robotics/engineering labs, computer and science labs, art rooms, TV production/broadcast and music studios. The building’s architectural aesthetic reflects the contemporary character of the overall campus, and its facade details react to the building’s solar orientation.

The project’s required parking is contained within the building structure, and is shielded from the street by screening and program elements.
