Metcalfe County Elementary School, Addition and Remodeling

This project included the basic design services for a 20,908-square-foot addition and a 2,378-square-foot renovation to the existing elementary school. The addition encompasses 10 classrooms, a computer lab, a new administrative suite, a family resource center and custodial receiving.
Remodeling included an expansion of the dry food storage area and public restrooms. Parking, bus loading, parent loading drives and traffic circulation also were upgraded to improve traffic flow.
