Wold Architects & Engineers has promoted three people to its Associates Leadership Team: Heather Yaple, Alyssa Menolascino and Jacob Windschitl.
Yaple is based in Brentwood, Tennessee; Menolascino is based in Chicago; and Windschitl is based in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Heather Yaple
In her five years at Wold, Yaple has worked as project manager on numerous health care design projects. She excels in innovative design solutions that balance functionality and aesthetics with the practicality that health care spaces often demand.
Alyssa Menolascino
Menolascino works with education clients to build innovative, flexible spaces. to identify specific needs and match those to the finished build.
Jacob Windschitl
Windschitl has worked on a wide range of education projects in Minnesota, conducting facility assessments and long-range planning for school districts looking to improve and upgrade facilities.
