EYP Architecture & Engineering recently announced that Robert Eichelman, PE, LEED AP, joined the firm as a technical director. A former EYP employee from 1996-2006, he provides senior technical leadership and a wide range of expertise to the firm’s nationally recognized electrical engineering practice, working with prominent higher-education clients and expanding into new markets.
Eichelman has more than 20 years of electrical engineering experience designing systems for both new construction and renovation projects. A licensed professional engineer in New York and Massachusetts, LEED Accredited Professional, Certified Data Center Energy Practitioner, and Uptime Institute Accredited Tier Designer, Eichelman received a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute.
