Creighton names facilities manager for Phoenix health care campus

Creighton University has named a facilities manager for the healthcare campus it will open later this year in Phoenix, Ariz.

Teresa Bohnet, the university’s director of planning, design and construction, has been named senior director for campus support at Creighton’s $100 million, 180,000-square-foot Health Sciences – Phoenix Campus.

The building is expected to be substantially complete in the next few weeks. Although she will relocate to Phoenix, Bohnet will continue to support the Omaha campus from Phoenix.

Bohnet has worked at Creighton for more than 16 years—in purchasing, student life and facilities management.

Within the next few years, Creighton expects to enroll more than 900 students at its Phoenix campus, which, combined with the University’s Omaha campus, would make Creighton University the largest Catholic health professions educator in the United States.
