WHR Architects Hires New Director of Business Development

Cynthia Brown will lead business development for its education, science and technology practice

Cynthia Brown, CPSM, a marketer of professional services, has joined WHR Architects (www.whrarchitects.com) to lead the business development effort for its Education, Science and Technology Studio (EST).  

A graduate of Southern Illinois University, where she completed her Bachelor of Science in public relations and journalism, Brown is a member of the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS), and serves on the SMPS Dallas Chapter’s board of Directors. She holds a Certified Professional Services Marketer designation from SMPS, as well as multiple achievement awards from professional associations.
 
Among WHR’s recent and current work are facilities for the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, Research Park Complex, Behavioral and Biomedical Sciences Building; Stephen F. Austin State University Richard and Lucille DeWitt School of Nursing in Nacogdoches; Texas A&M University at Galveston, Marine Sciences Building in Galveston; Sam Houston State University, Performing Arts Center in Huntsville; University of Texas Health Science Center at Tyler; and University of North Texas, Music Building Concert Hall in Denton.
