Judy Marks becomes director

Judy Marks, formerly the associate director for the National Institute of Building Sciences, has been promoted to Director of the Institute’s National Clearinghouse for Educational Facilities (NCEF). Previously, she directed and managed the day-to-day activities of the program. She will continue to provide content to the NCEF website and work with the media and allied organizations. Marks now has overall responsibility for NCEF project management, publications and outreach. Marks has identified and fostered new relations with the U.S. Department of Education, the program’s primary client, and other related organizations.
