Each residence hall floor features a living room common area and laundry areas. Students also have access to video messaging boards, a covered outdoor eating area, and a recreation room.
All living spaces feature a full bathroom, living room, closet space, full-sized refrigerators and flexible furniture components–desks, desk chairs and receptacles.
The building houses a “Fresh Concept” dining facility that features the Fresh Food Company, a POD Grocery location, and a coffee house. All dining hall amenities are available to students, faculty and staff.
The residence hall’s sustainable building design includes large windows that admit ample daylight and a courtyard to provide a welcoming entrance to the building.
A six-story, 1,000-space parking garage was constructed at the new residence hall site and serves residents as well as some faculty and staff.
