Kluger Architects was selected to provide design, construction documents, entitlement, and construction administration services for the new St. Gertrude the Great Elementary School, part of the Archdiocese of Los Angeles.

The school facility includes a STEM lab, transitional kindergarten, kindergarten and first-grade classrooms along with a teacher lounge, staff eating area and a multipurpose room.
The design is contextual to the existing campus with an added modern flair using bold colors and shapes. The layout of the rooms was influenced by the faculty that would be using the spaces. The architect held multiple design meetings before finalizing the building design.
