The SEED Foundation was selected by the Florida Department of Education to operate a new college preparatory public boarding school in Miami-Dade County.
The master plan incorporates independent middle school and high school buildings to house the core academic spaces. Student housing is directly connected to each building and creates a live/learn-style environment. Science and art classrooms, administrative offices, an academic resource center, a dining hall, and a health suite are situated in a separate academic complex. The master plan also incorporates playing fields and other outdoor spaces on the eight-acre campus.
