College Row at Franklin & Marshall provides a luxurious and comfortable home away from home where students live and study in Lancaster, Pa.
The complex introduced a new Main Street area to
Franklin & Marshall, and successfully connects the campus to downtown Lancaster. With 117 units and 50,000 square feet of retail space, the building has transformed the college’s North Campus into a vibrant, mixed-use community where students, faculty, staff and others from the region live, shop and dine.
To preserve “Old Lancaster” and blend in with the existing campus and surrounding community, the complex was designed to resemble a historical piazza. The residential units offer luxury amenities and the latest communication technologies to provide security and convenience for the modern student’s lifestyle.
A “college-approved” residence, College Row is not only a sought-after housing option for students, but also a solution that helps the school fulfill its residency goals. With a friendly atmosphere and extensive commercial opportunities, the complex has become the cornerstone of Franklin & Marshall’s growth and development for the coming years.
