Faith Lutheran Middle School and High School’s new administrative building is necessary to keep up with the growing infrastructure needs, student population and faculty on campus. Moving a portion of the administrative staff from the existing school campus to the administrative building will free up much needed space within the existing school office for other critical student functions.
The new administrative building has a lobby, board room, conference room, offices and all the necessary supporting functions for those spaces. Although the design of the proposed administrative building is consistent with the architecture of the existing school, it is designed to make a statement as one enters the campus. The same color scheme of split-face block will be used on the exterior of the building. Additionally, portions of the building are clad in metal panels and EIFS, which also tie back to the existing school campus. Landscape planters, plazas and seating are also an integral part of the design to create outdoor spaces for the administrative staff.
