Dallas Baptist University, Brownstone Residences
Dallas, Texas
Through a comprehensive building campaign spanning 10 years, Dallas Baptist University has endeavored to diversify the options available to its students for on-campus housing. The Brownstone Residences represent the latest addition to this diversification effort.
Taking inspiration from the rowhouse style of residential development commonly found in the eastern United States, the Brownstone Residences bring individuality and a unique identity to each unit, while maintaining a density that makes economical use of resources and space. While utilizing generally similar materials throughout in order to maintain an aesthetic consistency, each unit facade is uniquely detailed, giving the residents a genuine feeling of home and identity.
Amenities inside each unit include a spacious living area with abundant natural light, a large kitchen with typical residential appliances, a utility room with hanging space and front-load washer and dryer, and three large bedrooms, each with attached bathrooms.
Inside and out, the Brownstone Residences are designed to provide the student residents with a real sense of home living.
