The Community College of Philadelphia’s Career and Advanced Technology Center provides career readiness training for students entering the city’s workforce, with a focus on transportation, manufacturing, and health care fields. The center accommodates the community and features public spaces, encouraging neighbors to use the resources. The facility includes advanced and adaptive technology for instructional and study areas, laboratory service bays for automobiles and small engine equipment, and spaces for diesel technology. Programs include transportation and logistics technology training, advanced manufacturing training, entry-level health care career training, and an innovation hub for small businesses and entrepreneurs.
