Featuring various housing options for students and sweeping views of Nashville’s skyline, this signature building is the tallest on the campus, yet still establishes additional green space. Rapid growth in student population created the need for this co-ed residence hall. Rising 10 stories high, it houses more than 600 upperclassmen and seeks to enhance their on-campus living experience.

The diverse housing configurations consist of 40 percent suite-style units with four beds and one bathroom, and 60 percent apartment-style units, ranging from single occupancy to five bedrooms with a living room, kitchen and two bathrooms. The 10th-floor penthouse has four bedrooms and two bathrooms on two levels.

A fitness center is open to all students to provide additional on-campus exercise and recreation options. The site has the university’s first “natural” lawn with a stream, waterfall, rolling hills, public seating and a statue of the Bruin mascot. The building pays homage to Belmont’s architectural vernacular and addresses current and future student housing needs. Honoring the university’s commitment to good environmental stewardship, the building has received LEED Gold certification.
