The Main Street corridor houses the library media center, administration and the dining space. This bright, colorful and voluminous corridor is filled with natural light and is the essence of the school’s warm and inviting character. Main Street also is decorated with classic early-20th-century streetlamps.

For security purposes this school contains an innovative double entry-way that lands all pedestrian traffic in an entry vestibule. This vestibule is part of the main office and therefore allows administrators to maintain constant supervision over all visitor traffic. Visitors cannot enter the main building without being granted access by the office staff.

All activity spaces are isolated from academic areas to enhance student safety and to minimize noise in the classroom.
