Anytime anyplace technology allows students to learn and experiment throughout the building and encourages collaboration in the hallways, learning communities, and breakout areas. The genius bar provides students with tech support. Breakout spaces support research/development and encourage “hands on” work among students and staff. In the learning communities, bi-fold glass panels open to create breakout areas. Pivot walls allow flexibility for collaboration and room configuration. Flexible furniture provides student comfort and supports laying, lounging and standing postures.

Hallway windows replace solid partitions and encourage students to “see the learning” activities within. “Feet and meter” markings on floors and walls turn hallways into teaching tools, giving students a sense of measurements, conversions and scales. Students compare their height with favorite dinosaurs and use this tool to conduct experiments involving kinetics, distances and projectiles.
