Socializing and study spaces are featured throughout the hall, including a lounge on the main level for large gatherings, a group study room on the lower level and community kitchens on each floor. The front porch is furnished with rocking chairs with a view of the main campus. The courtyard deck overlooks the soccer field.

Pearl Hall used measurable sustainable principles in the development, design and construction of the project—attaining LEED-NC gold certification.
