The Missions Student Housing project is situated along the northern slope of the University of San Diego, overlooking Mission Bay in San Diego and surrounded by mature trees and lush landscaping. The new building blends seamlessly with the Spanish Renaissance Revival architectural style, for which the campus is known. The project provides 72 apartment-style units ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONCAPACITY258COST PER SQ FT$200.00FEATURED IN2008 Architectural Portfolio one-bedroom/one-bath, two-bedroom/two-bath and four-bedroom/two-bath configurations. A living room, dining area and full kitchen are included in each floor plan. The four-story building is built on an existing site that replaced older, lower-density student apartment buildings.

Missions Student Housing is served by three elevators and provides a complete amenity package, including a laundry room, four student lounges, conferencing facilities and housing-specific storage rooms. The building is designed so that four new courtyards are created around the building, each one serving multiple student activities. The largest courtyard serves as a pedestrian link and outdoor sitting area for a wholesome student cafe and an instructional fitness center, situated adjacent to the housing. The smaller courtyards offer students the opportunity to take advantage of the mild climate as they experience the total learning environment fostered by the University of San Diego.
