Cannon Design Hires new Associate Principal in Boston

David J. Raffin has joined the Facilities Optimization Services practice

Cannon Design has announced that  David J. Raffin has joined the Facilities Optimization Services (FOS) practice as an associate principal in Boston.

Raffin will co-lead the FOS group and provide valuable strategies for comprehensive facilities assessment, emergency management planning, energy and sustainability consulting,commissioning and cost estimating to federal, state and local government clients and those in the higher education, K-12 and healthcare markets across North America. He will also help market and implement the FOS group’s Web-based facilities management and planning software application, which helps clients track their facilities’ performance and value.

With more than 30 years of experience in the profession, Raffin has a strong reputation for delivering exceptional service. Raffin specializes in helping clients manage their facilities and infrastructure to identify and track deferred maintenance, capital renewals, code compliance, life safety, energy, resource reduction and space planning to optimize assets.

Raffin is a longstanding member of the National Association of State Facilities Administrators, the National Association of Chief Administrators and International Facilities Managers Association, where he frequently speaks at national conferences.
