The Society for College and University Planning (SCUP), an international society of higher education administrators who oversee planning on their campuses, announces its 2015-2016 board of directors.
Nicholas R. Santilli, associate provost for accreditation and institutional effectiveness and professor of psychology, John Carroll University (University Heights, OH) has been named chair.
Sue Henderson, president, New Jersey City University (Jersey City, NJ), has been named vice chair.
Mark David Milliron, co-founder and chief learning officer, Civitas Learning (Austin, TX) is secretary.
Douglas M. Roberts, retired system director of budgets and financial planning, Kentucky Community and Technical College System (Versailles, KY) is treasurer.
The at-large board members are: Minakshi Mani Amundsen, assistant vice president for facilities and capital planning, Colby College (Waterville, ME); Robert E. Nalls, president, Nalls Architecture, Inc. (Ardmore, PA); and Philip G. Stack, associate vice president of risk management services, University of Alberta (Edmonton, AB).
Linda L. Baer, senior fellow at Civitas Learning (Austin, TX), and Mark S. Valenti, president and chief executive officer, The Sextant Group (Pittsburgh, PA), will serve as guest directors.
Michael D. Moss, SCUP’s president, is ex-officio.
SCUP provides resources on best planning practices for senior higher education administrators with a focus on the integration of academic and strategic planning, institutional direction and effectiveness, accreditation, financial and facilities planning, resource and budget planning, risk management, student learning, sustainability, and technology planning.
