The auditorium is in the southernmost end of an addition to the high school, close to music classrooms. It shares a lobby and refreshment counter with the gymnasium, making these facilities a public center for community events.

A storage room with oversized doors allows the school to use large scenery props.
The auditorium seats 720, including spaces for patrons in wheelchairs. Additional wheelchair spaces, or an expanded orchestra area, can be obtained by removing specially designed seats.
The geometry of the ceilings and walls, as well as the installation of absorbing and diffusing panels on the side and rear walls, helps maximize acoustic quality. The auditorium also features split-face masonry and wood trim.
