The team was challenged with providing bright, open spaces with views to an adjacent lake for this 2,500-student campus.
Vibrant graphics and signage contribute to the atmosphere of the building. Existing functions within the facility were kept operational during construction. Departments were shifted as needed to allow continuous construction.
The existing building’s 41,000 square feet was renovated. After filling in a portion of the lake, 34,000 square feet of new construction was added. A two-story glass-enclosed lobby overlooks a courtyard entrance terrace.
