The Rutgers University Center for Law and Justice houses four distinctive university tenants: the School of Law; the School of Criminal Justice; the offices of the university provost; and the Center for Global Change and Governance. Each tenant is organized around a four-story circular atrium with an internal radial stair.

On the first floor, the wood-paneled moot courtroom has been arranged to operate both as a courtroom and classroom.
