The Hub serves as an on-campus home for students enrolled in self-paced independent “blended” studies. The program requires space for students to collaborate and drive their own success, yet remain appropriately supervised. The design of the new main entry boasts a lobby that enhances school pride and establishes an iconic and well-defined access point to ease the congested nature of the old campus.
The Active Commons is a vibrant, central location adjacent to the café for socialization, seating during lunch, and other collaborative activities in non-lunch periods.
The additions also include a new fieldhouse and an athletic entrance strategically placed for after-hours use. The resulting renovation provides flexible, multipurpose use and reflects Huntley’s innovative style.
