This three-story, LEED Silver facility combines physical and mental health services and the Safety, Environment and Education Center into a single facility capable of providing outpatient health services and information for the entire University of Tennessee community.

In order to facilitate sustainable sun shading and use of natural light, smaller punched windows are used for the south and west elevations; the amount of glazing on the north and east elevations are more expansive.
The main level is primarily a medical services floor and includes self-check-in and waiting, a 10-physician/nurse suite that includes 30 student exam rooms, urgent care services, an X-ray and laboratory services suite, an allergy clinic, full physical therapy/rehabilitation services suite, and a pharmacy.
The second floor is primarily a mental health center with psychological and psychiatric counseling services and a center for health education and wellness, including substance-abuse and relationship counseling.
