Clear circulation facilitates visual and physical access to food service venues, a convenience store, an information center, meeting rooms, offices, the university bookstore, two music practice rooms and touchdown work spaces. Wood millwork with integrated signage and lighting as well as expansive views to the lake and landscape give warmth and vitality to the lounge areas, while activity within the building is clearly visible to passersby. Comfortable, vibrant furnishings and wireless network access are crucial for keeping the student center occupied throughout the day. Overall, the renovation recreates the Fisher Student Center as a dynamic, vital hub and a “campus living room” that has transformed student life at Bryant University.
