Generous column spacing and vaulted ceilings emulate other memorable spaces in the library. Dimmable cove lighting delivers uniform light against the curved drywall ceilings. Wood species, stain and paint colors, and other details echo the grandeur of Kelly Hall. Mechanical system return air is drawn through perforated ring patterned metal panels capping the center of the vaults. Subtle but elegantly crafted ornamental wood blocks bearing DePaul's Tree of Wisdom logo, bring artistic termination to arched wood rafters. Custom wall sconce lights are mounted on each column face.
