The space is organized along a continuation of the existing main corridor, marked by a bisecting brick wall and extending outside through a new entrance canopy. The dynamic ceiling floats beneath black-painted exposed structure, and is composed of gold gypsum board ceiling clouds with recessed light strips and partially open acoustical ceiling grids interspersed with pendant light fixtures. With a coordinating palette of five colors, the vinyl composition tile flooring echoes the ceiling pattern.
A broad expanse of south-facing glass creates a sunny eating spot and is shaded on the exterior by a perforated metal screen.
