The Villas at the Culinary is a new privatized student-housing development at The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, N.Y. Nestled at the north end of campus, each three-story townhouse-style residence features eight private bedrooms, an open-plan living room and dining area, large kitchen and laundry facilities.
