The concept for the Faith Lutheran Jr./Sr. High School was to create a campus of several smaller buildings around a central courtyard to emulate the essence of a small, rural college. The campus commands beautiful views of both nearby Red Rock Canyon and the bright lights of Las Vegas.

This auditorium encompasses a stage, orchestra pit, fly loft and rigging features. It also includes lobby space used to display student art, three classrooms, a band/choir room with adjacent practice rooms, offices and storage areas.

The goal of the Chapel and Performing Arts Center was to create a state-of-the-art performance space while responding to contextual elements of the campus.  Concrete masonry units have been utilized in various patterns throughout the majority of the building. Remotely situated mechanical units and large, underground ducts greatly enhance the acoustical quality of the auditorium.
