This is a straightforward design with the connections of brick, stone and metal panels. The goal of this project was to take the adjacent building design and create a small campus feel by using the same materials. A "collaboration garden" was designed between the new and existing building to provide a physical connection, as well as a place where minds from students and professionals could connect.

The building was designed with materials and systems to reach LEED silver certification. It has wood and stone interior finishes, a programmable lighting system and sunscreens on the two-story lobby entrance to help in gaining points to reach LEED silver.
