Riviera Preparatory School is designed as a multi-phased K-12 facility on a 10-acre site in Southwest Miami-Dade County, Fla. The first phase is an 80,000-square-foot, two-story middle/high school facility with classrooms, science and art labs, gymnasium, locker rooms, a competition pool and administrative areas.

The building’s architectural character is derivative of traditional Florida vernacular architecture, while remaining consistent in scale with the site’s residential surroundings.
