The Multipurpose Activity Center at Monmouth University is a hub of student life, enhancing recruitment of students, athletes, faculty and staff. Designed to accommodate a variety of programs, the multipurpose center is home for all Monmouth’s intercollegiate athletic teams, as well as a variety of intramural groups. A multipurpose facility that attracts family entertainment, the arena showcases Monmouth athletics and provides 5,500 seats for the region’s devoted fans. Each seat provides an intimate view of the floor—fans become part of the action. Retractable seating for 2,500 on the event level reveals two cross courts for practice. The concourse for basketball and special events becomes an indoor track for Monmouth’s NCAA track and field team.
The third level houses a booster club reception room that converts to a student learning center. Blue/white club members have spectacular views of the arena and Hawks’ football from the outdoor end-zone balcony.
