Guided by the participatory planning input from the Core Planning Group, the school design features the media center as the heart of the building. In addition to a computer instruction room, the media center design incorporates several individual/small group reading spaces and a multi-tiered story room to enhance learning opportunities. Oak furniture is used throughout the media center to accent the dynamic colors and add a touch of natural warmth. Efficient, low maintenance materials are used throughout the facility.
