The architect designed the three-story Science, Engineering and Technology Building for Houston Community College’s Northeast Campus. This project is being used as a benchmark design, setting the visual tone for future buildings on the largely undeveloped campus.

The building will house teaching labs for chemistry, biology, physics and petroleum/process engineering. The 46,000-square-foot building also will house 12 general classrooms and administration space for faculty support.

Design was completed in May 2007, and construction began in summer 2007.
