The 55,000-square-foot replacement facility needed to serve more students, have more comfortable facilities for faculty, and house modern equipment and technology for educating students. A sleek glass and steel clock tower and high mast preside over the entrance of the building and are the focal points of the newly expanded campus entry.

The elliptical theme is repeated in the elevator column, encased by stainless steel and cherry panels. The atrium functions not only as a lobby, but also as a prefunction space when classrooms are converted to meeting rooms. A gourmet cafe and casual seating arrangements create inviting gathering spaces. The overall effect is a grand space that offers the opportunity for students, faculty and community members to mix, generating business ideas, inspiration and activity.
