The College Union Building commands a view of Oregon’s largest lake and the Cascade Mountains. Prior to the project, the building suffered from lack of image, inefficient layouts and a narrow design. The school wanted to alleviate the facility’s shortcomings and capitalize on the location’s strengths, marking the College Union as the true hub of the campus.

-A new/relocated bookstore and food courts.
-New/renovated fireplace lounges.
-Two new multiuse conference centers.
-New offices for student services.
-A new game room and information center.
The facility design also features extensive shading, sun control and daylighting. Looking through the large Cascade dining room windows or just standing out on the deck, the College Union Building captures a majestic view of the area’s surrounding beauty.
