This campus is the centerpiece of the district’s plan for the future of education in this community.

The school planning team determined that the best solution for an educational and facilities model for this community is the school-within-a-school concept. Each school house will be responsible for educating about 500 students, with common use of the performing-arts center, food-service areas, gymnasium and athletic fields.

The school-within-a-school concept is having great academic success in other regions of the country, and the educators of West Sacramento are committed to creating similar academic success for the students of this growing community.
