The design incorporates technologically advanced systems including fiber-optic cabling, emergency power, interior and exterior online security cameras, a keyless entry system and centralized lubricant distribution. Additional benefits include on-site parking for district vehicles, employee parking, appropriate district storage space, and room to accommodate future growth.
