The A.E. Studzinski Library at St. John’s Preparatory School will be the educational hub of this Xaverian Brothers high school.

The new facility completes the connection between the existing Gothic dining hall and the starkly modern Brother Benjamin Hall. The scale, massing, building forms and materials reflect the character of the beautiful suburban campus that serves young men from the North Shore of Boston.

The program includes a 29,000-square-foot library and new computer labs. It also involves extensive renovations to Brother Benjamin Hall for new biology, physics and chemistry labs, as well as ADA improvements and code egress compliance.
