Purdue University’s newly renovated Humanities, Social Science and Education Library is housed in Stewart Center in the heart of the West Lafayette campus. It is home to virtually every informational resource on campus and serves thousands of students every day.

An open-concept space plan allows for a smooth transition between work and research areas. The Walter and Saraellen Veon Electronic Reference Center is a fully modernized area where students can find directions and links to all library resources at the touch of a button. Printed reference materials are organized and catalogued, and the Periodicals Reading Room holds current issues of about 25 percent of the library’s 3,400 journal subscriptions.
