To design an environmentally responsible building, the architect used the LEED Green Building Rating System developed by the U.S. Green Building Council.
The design solution uses simple geometries, elements and materials to enhance the facades of budget-sensitive building configurations, thus meeting the goal of dynamic architecture on budget. The focal plaza colonnade and elevator tower achieve this goal by creating an inviting gathering place, while eliminating circulation and additional elevators.
