The facility also includes a large space used cooperatively by all three user groups. Separate entrances avoid commingling of traffic. The administrative area is open and inviting. The early-childhood entrance is bright and colorful with columns to greet students, assist in wayfinding and introduce a bright colorful theme, which is carried throughout the interior. The wide corridor accommodates breakout groups or individual student activities. The friendly “bug theme” maintains the interest and attention of the children. The “people columns” support the structure and define classroom entry/exit points. The administrative area has different colors and a design theme to signify a professional organization.
