Because of 24/7 production schedules, a dedicated HVAC system provides conditioned air to lab spaces with thermostatic control independent of the existing building-management system. Duct configuration and reduced air velocities minimize ambient noise levels.

The TV broadcast studio features a computerized lighting system with 120 dimmable circuits for maximum control and flexibility. Surge-free power, interfaced with the college’s fiber-optic network, provides instant Internet access and the ability to broadcast globally via satellite.
