New lighting accents the different areas and has brightened the cafeteria for a warm, inviting feeling. The 300-plus seating is now filled to capacity at nearly every meal. The all-you-can-eat cafeteria is open to students, faculty, staff and the public.
Many of the existing systems were retained. Additions to existing hoods with makeup air were made, as well as new made-to-order kitchen equipment.
