Limestone ashlar veneer and cut limestone trim detailing create the impression of a building that has been standing for hundreds of years. Slate roofing and flooring work with the heavy limestone to create a sense of stability and strength.

Oak timber trusses and tongue-and-groove ceiling planking combine with plaster and oak trim to establish a historical feeling. All of the custom windows are adorned with stained glass handcrafted by a university art professor.

To top it off, a copper tower draws attention to the center of campus, while housing a new electronic bell carillon.
