Experiencing triple-digit growth, this suburban school district sought relief through the construction of a technologically advanced, larger high school. The goal was to create a facility that would serve as the academic hub of the district, while providing support for extracurricular activities. Students also gain experience in media and telecommunications by working in the multimedia studio.

The two-story media center is designed as the computer and integrated- technology hub. The center can accommodate up to three classes, with 32 computer stations available.

The performing-arts area incorporates instrumental and vocal music. The community auditorium includes a 3,500-square-foot stage area with seating for 1,000.

The physical-education area contains a 3,500-seat gymnasium with elevated track and ancillary rooms, and an eight-lane competition community pool with diving area.
